Cayuga Homes are bespoke property developers based in Brighton & Hove and operating throughout Sussex.
Established in 2016 by two Directors with over 40 years of combined experience, Cayuga specialises in crafting homes in desirable Sussex locations, with a strong emphasis on seafront and waterside locations.
Partnering with reputable collaborators like Trinity Homes, we strive to create living spaces that exceed expectations. We take pride in our professionalism and dedication to building exceptional homes.
2003
Ed Deedman establishes a dedicated building firm, focusing on conversions, listed buildings, and other construction projects.
2009
Transition to primarily new build construction with in-house Quantity Surveyors (QS), project management, and additional staff.
2016
Cayuga Developments Limited founded by Ed Deedman and Tim Harding, leveraging their successful collaboration on previous projects. The company is established with a focus on building both residential and commercial developments with a strong design emphasis.
2020
Ed Deedman shifts focus solely to Cayuga Developments, with partner contractors undertaking construction work.
2022
Jordan Moyle joins Cayuga as a junior partner, bringing a decade of experience in property management and development. The company continues to expand its portfolio.
2024
Matt Hoad, former director and land buyer at Bellway Homes, joins Cayuga, enhancing the company’s capabilities and supporting further expansion.
